It’s absolutely valid to worry about what Altria’s release means for the game going forward, but I think it’s a little too early to panic. All-in-all, Altria is ludicrously powerful.

Unfortunately, she has cooldown issues on her most important skill, and her kit is just “fine” outside of her battery access. While low attack on an offensive servant is disappointing, the stat spread fits perfectly with Cleo’s sustain-oriented kit, so it’s somewhat forgivable. Cleo’s NP gain is absurdly good. Her Arts card is fairly typical for her deck, at 2.12%, but her Quicks are excellent at 4.24% and her Extra is a ridiculous 6.36%. Kiyo may be a disappointing pull for most people pulling on Tamalancer’s banner, but she’s not really all that far below her 5* friend. As a Ruler, Martha’s mat requirements are super lenient. She’s extremely easy to ascend, and she mostly just needs gems for her skills. Not bad at all. Martha’s skillset is decent.
